## Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of paperdealer.eu and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them.

### 1. Who you are dealing with

Paper Dealer is a trading name of **Magic Draw s.p.**, Albrehtova ulica, 1291 Škofljica, Slovenia (EU). Registration number 9884157000, VAT ID SI13976346, registered with AJPES. Contact: info@paperdealer.eu.

We sell to consumers and to businesses within the European Union.

### 2. Products

We sell sealed trading card game products and single cards. All sealed product is factory sealed and sourced through official European distribution channels. We are a Wizards Play Network authorised retailer.

Product images supplied by publishers are illustrative. Where a set has multiple printings, languages or editions, the product title and description state which one you are buying. Randomised products (booster packs, boxes, bundles) contain random cards — we cannot and do not guarantee any specific card, rarity or pull.

We do not sell repackaged, searched or tampered product.

### 3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include Slovenian VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and calculated by parcel weight; the rates are published on our Shipping & Delivery page.

We take payment when you place the order, including for pre-orders. Payment methods available at checkout are shown in the footer of the site.

Card prices in this market move quickly. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price — a decimal error, a price far below our own cost — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will always tell you why, and we will never do this to a correctly-priced order that has simply become more valuable.

### 4. Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged when you place them and reserve a unit from our release-day allocation.

Release dates are set by publishers and distributors. If a date moves, we email you and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

If a distributor cuts our allocation and we cannot fulfil every pre-order, we allocate in the order the pre-orders were placed and refund the rest in full. We will tell you as soon as we know.

Pre-orders ship on the official release day. If you order a pre-order together with in-stock items, the whole order ships when the pre-order is ready unless you ask us to split it.

### 5. Stock

Stock levels shown on the site are our real inventory. In the rare case an item sells out between your order and our packing, we refund that line in full and dispatch the rest.

### 6. Delivery

We ship to EU member states. Delivery times shown on the Shipping & Delivery page are estimates after dispatch, not guarantees — carriers occasionally run late and that is outside our control.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you nominated. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will resolve it — see the Returns page.

### 7. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The full conditions, including how opening a sealed product affects your refund, are set out on our **Returns & Right of Withdrawal** page, which forms part of these terms.

### 8. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights over goods that are faulty or not as described are unaffected by anything in these terms and last two years from delivery under EU law.

### 9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape our catalogue or prices in bulk, or in any way that interferes with its operation. We may cancel orders and close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe this is happening.

### 10. Intellectual property

Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana, Riftbound and all associated names, logos, card images and artwork are trademarks and copyright of their respective owners. Paper Dealer is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies beyond its WPN retailer status.

### 11. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for the speculative future value of trading cards.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Slovenian or EU law.

### 12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.

### 13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Slovenian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live. Nothing here removes rights you hold under your own country's consumer law.

Contact us first if there is a problem — we answer every complaint within 8 days. In accordance with Slovenian consumer protection legislation, Magic Draw s.p. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution (IRPS) as competent. You may still bring a claim before the competent court, and EU consumers can get free advice on cross-border purchases from the European Consumer Centre in their own country.
