Shipping Information

We ship from Škofljica, Slovenia — located in the heart of the European Union. Because we ship within the EU, there are no customs charges, import duties, or surprise fees for any EU destination.

We ship to all EU member states, including but not limited to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

For non-EU countries, please contact us to discuss options.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and order weight. We work with reliable EU carriers to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Exact rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Yes — every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your package all the way to your door.

Delivery Times

In-stock products are dispatched on the same or next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times depend on your destination:

Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, Italy, Hungary: 1–3 business days
Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic: 3–5 business days
Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia, Baltics: 4–7 business days
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

These are estimated times after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier schedules and local postal services.

Pre-orders are dispatched on or within 1–2 business days of the official release date. We receive products directly from EU distributors and ship as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your pre-order is dispatched.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if the package appears to be lost, contact us at info@paperdealer.eu. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Packaging & Product Care

We take packaging seriously. All sealed TCG products are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective padding to prevent damage during transit. Booster boxes and bundles are wrapped individually to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Yes — 100%. Every product we sell is factory sealed and sourced through official EU distribution channels. We are a WPN (Wizards Play Network) authorised seller. We never sell repackaged, searched, or tampered products.

Our packages are shipped in plain brown or white cardboard boxes with no product branding on the outside. The sender name will show as "Paper Dealer" or "Magic Draw" on the shipping label.
