We ship sealed trading card games from Škofljica, Slovenia, to every country of the European Union. Every parcel is tracked.
Where we ship
Only within the European Union — all 27 member states. We do not ship outside the EU.
When your order ships
In-stock orders placed by 17:00 (Slovenian time), Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed later, at the weekend or on a Slovenian public holiday ship the next working day.
Pre-orders ship on the release day, or as soon as our stock arrives from the distributor.
Carrier and tracking
We ship with Pošta Slovenije, always with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping is charged on every order — we do not offer free shipping. The price depends on the parcel weight; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT.
Customs
We ship from inside the EU, so there are no customs duties or import VAT for EU addresses.
Pickup
We are an online-only store. Local pickup is not available.
Orders with in-stock items and pre-orders
If your order contains in-stock items and pre-orders, we contact you to agree whether the in-stock items ship right away or together with the pre-order on release day.
Damaged or missing parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with photos as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows no progress for several working days, write to us and we will open an enquiry with Pošta Slovenije. Your statutory rights are not affected.
