Returns

At Magic Draw, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. As an EU-based business, we adhere to the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, provided the items meet the conditions below.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: TCG Product Conditions

Due to the nature of Trading Card Games (volatility of prices and randomization of packs), we have strict conditions for returns:

1. Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, Bundles, Commander Decks, etc.):

   • MUST remain factory sealed in their original shrink wrap.

   • If the plastic wrapping has been opened, removed, or tampered with, we cannot accept the return. Once a pack or box is opened, it is considered "used" and cannot be resold.

2. Single Cards:

   • Must be returned in the exact condition they were sent (e.g., Near Mint).

   • Must be returned in the same protective packaging (sleeve + toploader) to ensure they are not damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@magicdrawonline.com with your Order Number. We will provide you with instructions and the return address in Ljubljana.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

1. We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

2. We will inspect the condition (checking that seals are intact).

3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, Magic Draw will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, subject to the "Sealed Product" exceptions listed above.
