When will my order ship?
In-stock orders placed by 17:00 (Slovenian time), Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Later orders ship the next working day. Pre-orders ship on the release day.
Which countries do you ship to?
All 27 EU member states. We do not ship outside the European Union.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the parcel weight and the destination; the exact amount is shown at checkout. We do not offer free shipping. All rates are on the shipping page.
Can I pick up my order?
No. We are an online-only store and do not offer local pickup.
How do pre-orders work?
You pay when you place the pre-order. Pre-orders are filled in order of purchase and ship on the release day. If our distributor cuts our allocation and we cannot fill yours, you get a full refund.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes — at any time before it ships, with a full refund. Just reply to your order email.
My order has in-stock items and a pre-order. What happens?
We contact you to agree whether the in-stock items ship right away or together with the pre-order on release day.
Why can I only buy one?
Magic: The Gathering Collector Booster Boxes and One Piece booster boxes are limited to one per customer, so that more players can get one.
Which language are your products in?
English, unless the product page says otherwise. The language is shown on every product.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is still factory sealed. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Damaged or wrong items are on us.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is factory sealed and bought from distributors. For Magic: The Gathering we are a Wizards Play Network (WPN) store.
Which currency and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Do you have a newsletter?
Yes — news about new releases and pre-orders. There are no subscriber discounts or exclusive offers.
How fast do you answer emails?
Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
