Yes! We offer pre-orders for most upcoming MTG, Riftbound, and One Piece TCG releases. When you pre-order, your payment is secured immediately and we ship on the official release date. Check our Pre-Orders page for the latest.

Absolutely. Paper Dealer is a WPN-authorised seller. Every product we carry is sourced directly through official EU distribution channels. All sealed products ship in their original factory-sealed packaging.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at info@paperdealer.eu as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified.

We ship from Škofljica, Slovenia — right in the heart of the EU. This means no customs charges or import fees for any EU destination.

In-stock items are dispatched on the same or next business day. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for EU destinations. Tracking is included with every order.

Currently we focus on EU shipping to ensure the best experience — fast delivery, no customs, and competitive rates. If you're outside the EU and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Pre-orders ship on or within 1–2 business days of the official release date. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Unopened, factory-sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition — sealed and undamaged. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.

Due to the nature of TCG sealed products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Once a booster box, pack, or deck has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard practice across the industry to maintain product integrity.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@paperdealer.eu within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Play Booster Boxes contain 30 packs of 14 cards each — designed for both playing (Draft/Sealed) and collecting. You'll find a mix of commons, uncommons, rares, and the occasional mythic.

Collector Booster Boxes contain 12 packs of 15 cards each — every card is foil or premium. These are for collectors chasing showcase frames, extended art, and borderless variants. Higher price, higher pull rates for premium cards.

A Commander Deck is a ready-to-play 100-card deck designed for Magic's most popular multiplayer format. Each deck comes with a unique legendary commander, a 2-card Collector Booster sample pack, and everything you need to start playing right away — no additional purchases required.

We currently carry sealed products for Magic: The Gathering, Riftbound (the League of Legends TCG), One Piece TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Pokémon TCG. We're always evaluating new games to add to our lineup.

Not at this time. We specialise in factory-sealed products — booster boxes, booster packs, commander decks, bundles, and special editions. For singles, we recommend checking Cardmarket.
