As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
What can be returned
Products must be returned factory sealed, with the original shrink wrap undamaged. Opened products cannot be returned: opening a sealed trading card product goes beyond checking it, and it can no longer be sold as sealed.
How to return
- Email us at info@paperdealer.eu within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the products you are returning (you can use the form below).
- We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and confirm the return address.
- Send the products back within 14 days of your notice, well packed and with tracking.
Return shipping
The cost of returning the products is paid by the buyer. Please send the parcel with tracking and keep the receipt.
Refund
We refund the price of the returned products and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have sent proof that you shipped them, whichever is earlier.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, for a full refund — just reply to your order email. Pre-orders are filled in order of purchase; if our distributor cuts our allocation and we cannot fill yours, you get a full refund.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If a product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with photos. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
