What collectors are chasing

OP-17 introduces the game's first Manga Leader and Manga Rares. The Treasure Rare — the rarity above Secret Rare — is Edward Newgate, OP17-040. Loki appears as a Secret Rare at OP17-119. There are also Gold Anniversary SP treatments of the Four Emperors alongside a Conqueror's Haki SP cycle.
